Job Description
You will :
Assist in providing overall administrative and secretarial support to facilitate the efficient operations of the department.
Assisting in regular correspondence with stakeholders, as required
Managing diaries, schedules, and organising meetings
Handle PO/PR for the department, coordinate with the finance team, and ensure payments are made on time
Managing and following up on projects and calendars to facilitate timely delivery
Managing all correspondence and safekeeping of such documents
Support the Chief of Sustainability with HR-related matters
Prepare travel arrangements for internal or external party as and when required
Any form of application (eg. airport passes) as required by the team
Generally performing any other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain total confidentiality
Extremely proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
Possess knowledge and experience in clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
Ability to work independently, proactive and reliable
Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with people from different backgrounds and seniority
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
