Responsibilities/Main Activities:
Hexagons Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire an Executive Payroll Analyst. The selected candidate could be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Singapore or anywhere in the Philippines. As the Executive Payroll Analyst you will be expected to handle payroll processing, claims, commission computation, year-end taxation for South East Asia, ensuring compliance with legislation for taxation purposes and national employment standards.
Responsiblities:
Responsible and preparing payroll functions, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Prepares payment approval documentation for payroll including taxes and withholdings and other statutory contributions
Prepares journal entries/accrual and reconciliation related to payroll
Monthly Sales commission calculation and Sales Rep performance report
Prepare Sales commissions payout value update to HRIS and payment processing
Manage and verify monthly and yearly payroll tax returns prepared by external payroll provider.
Prepares various externally distributed reports for management, Human Resources etc.
Ensure tax filings accuracy and on time submission to government regulators.
Ensure compliance with all Corporate and Accounting policies and reporting deadlines
Ad-hoc projects/reports as required

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Experience in processing payroll for mid-sized organizations within South East Asia
Sound understanding and knowledge of National Employment Standards for payroll compliance
Experience in audit firm is preferred
In depth knowledge and working experience in the Enterprise Software Industry
Deadline driven with a track record of planning, organizing and prioritizing.
Knowledge of Great Plains, Xactly and SalesForce would be an added advantage
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)/taxes in SEA countries
