- Kitchen Operations Oversight:
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including supervising staff, organizing workstations, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Monitor and enforce adherence to standardized recipes, ensuring that all bakery products meet the established quality and presentation standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Assist in managing ingredient inventory, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing waste while ensuring that all necessary ingredients are readily available.
- Training and Development:
Participate in the training and development of kitchen staff, facilitating skill enhancement, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct regular quality control assessments to identify and address any issues affecting the taste, appearance, or consistency of bakery products.
Collaborate with the kitchen management team to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize production schedules.
