Job Description:
We are looking for experienced talents who specialist in road freight logistic activities including coordination with various parties (department and external) from inquiry phase until completion of the deliveries (import/export) in accordance with the shipper/consignees requirement, respective authority regulations & trade term compliances.
The role requires to execute the below tasks and initiative:
- Responsible for road freight logistic activities including preparing full set of shipment documentation for import / export shipments from inquiry phase until completion of the deliveries (import/export) in accordance with shipper/consignee requirements, respective authority regulations, trade term compliances.
- The role target to perform all transport/console bookings/milestones/Billing/Monitoring/Vendor evaluation for NorthBound & Southbound lane BKK-PEN-KUL-JHB-SIN linehaul.
- Coordinate and liaise with various parties (department and external LSP) on loading, arrival, and delivery schedule to ensure shipment delivered within the timeline.
- Perform cargo planning, Job Order Management, Transport arrangements and maintain close communication & coordination with internal departments and oversea
- Monitoring operational performance metrics of external LSP
- Other tasks assigned by Reporting line manager.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
- Candidate should possess a degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably from logistics with cross border transportation experience.
- Possess solid knowledge cross border requirements of import / export
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point
- Proficiency in English verbally and in written.
- Possess strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by Reporting line manager.
