Job Description
The person shall oversee the training processes for Operations
Carry out a training needs analysis for individuals and teams.
Formulate behavioural learning objectives based on identified learning needs.
Design course materials and other training materials such as handouts, manuals, exercises and activities; organise cognitive content of training. Apply instructional design principles and techniques to training material development to make learning effective and fun.
Select/develop appropriate audio-visual materials and devices.
Design assessment questions (after training behaviours) to gauge understanding of subject matter and competencies.
Recommend new curriculum, modifications or enhancements of existing training programs.
Conduct Train- The -Trainer sessions and conduct training sessions.
Deliver courses with basic to intermediate and advanced level of complexity.
Evaluate effectiveness of training and course outcomes, develop appropriate evaluation plans, and interpret feedback results.
Prepare a learning environment and resources.
Promote ways to add value, improve quality, and reduce costs.
Select appropriate instructional methodologies.
Write clearly and concisely.
Interface with subject matter experts.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of equivalent field
Preferable to have Train The Trainer certified
Experience at least 2 years in logistics/warehouse/distribution
Experience in problem solving methodologies
Experience in Training methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written)
Appetite for continuous learning and improvement
Willing to travel
