Executive, Ocean Freight Documentation

We are looking for experienced Executive, Ocean Freight Documentation who are well-versed with ocean freight forwarding industry. Ideally, the candidate must possess knowledge in export documentation & process.

Job Description:

• Managing full set of shipping documents (PSA/Customs/Tradenet/Portnet).
• Ensure proper cut-off procedures at month-end closing.
• Handle day-to-day operations and transactions in the forwarding area.
• Send pre-alerts and shipping advice to customers and DGF overseas offices.
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents to customers and DGF overseas offices.
• Aware of the environmental aspects and its impact in the daily course of work and take measures to minimize any significant impacts.
• Implement/Assist to implement operational controls of activities with environmental aspects having significant impacts on the environment.

Requirements:
. Must possess Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Business or any equivalent field of studies.
. At least 2 years of working experience logistics industry.
. Candidate must have knowledge in ocean freight logistic operation process.
. Skills require: Excellent in Analytical skills, Computer literate, Sharp in numbers and proactive in problem solving.
. Attributes require: Commitment to Excel, Communication skill and ability to influence others.
