Job Summary- Plan and execute annual events, marketing activities that promote malls/tenants promotions and generate a consistent traffic growth. Source and collaborate with external organizers on events/activities.
Conceptualize, coordinate and execute impactful events and activities;
- Source and collaborate with external event organizers to introduce a variety of activities/workshops/programmes that generate a consistent growth in traffic; (which would support/improve better tenants sales);
Collaborate with tenants on their promotions;- Lead event operations which includes contract negotiations, vendors sourcing and selection, events communications and on-site coordination;
Coordinate and drive the promotional open-space/casual leasing for potential revenue income;
- Assist to develop content for A&P collaterals, manage and update content for website, social media and digital platforms;
Prepare publicity/promotion plans to create in-mall and public awareness for all events and activities;- Media liaison / public relations duties related to the shopping mall.
Prepare annual & monthly budget and tracking of expenses;
- Coordinate between external parties and operations on pre-events, during events and post-events operations; (eg setting-up);
Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes;- Foster good rapport and maintain on-going business relationship with tenants, vendors, event organizers, agencies etc for joint promotional & partnership opportunities;
Keep abreast of market and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

- Education & Qualification
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising or any other relevant working experience
- Relevant Experience & Years of Service
Experience in retail mall or related industry is an added advantage
- Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
Ability to plan and prepare annual budget (and work within budget)
- Ability to perform casual leasing
Good presentation skills eg. Powerpoint, Microsoft Office- Social media and digital knowledge
Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for details;- Good project management and negotiation skills;
Demonstrate composure when under pressure and ability to work with efficiency at all levels;
- Proactive and good initiatives approach;
