In this role, you will be a part of the Market Intelligence team which is focused on examining strategic issues impacting the company and its future. This includes conducting macroeconomic, real estate, corporate finance research and analysis.
Working with the team to add value by helping to generate actionable insights that deliver value to stakeholders. This role provides exposure to real estate across asset classes and geographies, and analytics in a business context and provides interaction with senior management, internal and external parties
Responsible for gathering data and intel for all the company's venture. This includes international, local market trends and contribute in developing strategy enhancement initiatives towards the company's goals.
Key Responsibility
Attend meetings and record minutes for circulation, documentation and approvals throughout the department's operation.
Gather cover pricing and market intelligence through independent research on the real estate industry and to work with the Sales and Marketing team to formulate sales strategies, product trends and any new innovative indicatorsinthemarket to achieve sales, profit and revenue targets achieving the company's objectives.
Analyse, evaluate and report the potential of the land acquisition target in relation to its market demand characteristics.
Coordinate and align with internal departments (projects, design, costing research, etc) and external consultants in formulating ongoing project's launch strategies.
Formlate and clearly articulate proposal/strategy papers to management.
Ability to prepare, filter, and analysing data with prior experience in real estate would be an advantage.
Familiarity with feasibility studies, including design layouts, optimal sales area, compliance with all relevant authorities requirements, cost planning and development planning of land for internal marketing strategy and cash flow projection would be an advantage.
Qualifications
Degree in Real Estate related discipline or equivalent.
Good knowledge in economics, research and data analytics would be an advantage
Good knowledge in finance or engineering would be an added advantage.
Minimum 1-2years working experience in property development/ business development/ real estate.
Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply as well.
