Job Description:- Provide professional and specialist advice to international students on programme consultation, student pass/visa processes, which include new application, endorsements, transfer of endorsement, variations, extensions/renewals, cancellations well as other related requirements such as pre-arrival and post arrival medical screening and medical insurance.
Ensure that the international student pass processes adhere to the rules, policies and procedures of the Malaysian Government
and implemented by immigration Department of Malaysia and EMGS.
- Visit and liaise with potential or existing international student recruitment agent, partner universities overseas, embassies, meet contacts and develop relationships at key institutions abroad such as funding bodies, government representatives and other education-related organizations.
At least a Diploma or Bachelors degree in International Marketing
, Digital Marketing or relevant field.international student recruitment activities
for countries such as China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Have
an established network of international student recruitment agency or experience in
managing international student recruitment agents.- 1 year experience in effectively manage all international student pass/visa applications.
Strong communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu
to deal with local and international students.- Possess a valid driving license.
Ability to work independently.
