Human Resources Executive- Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Human Resources Executive specializing in recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff events to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR functions, particularly in areas related to talent acquisition, employee integration, development, and engagement. As an integral member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the growth, success, and well-being of our organization's workforce.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications for open positions.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.- Facilitate interview debrief sessions and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Participate in job fairs and networking events to enhance the organization's employer brand.
Develop and enhance the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Coordinate and oversee the administrative aspects of the onboarding process, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures.- Partner with relevant departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and tools to succeed in their roles.
- Training and Development:
Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement effective training programs.- Create training materials, resources, and presentations for various training initiatives.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
- Staff Events and Engagement:
Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute company-wide events.
Develop and maintain an engaging and inclusive work environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.- Monitor employee satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, and training.- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, such as drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies.
Contribute to the development of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff events coordination. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply)
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
