HALAL Executive Perform HALAL inspection and monitor HALAL critical point (HCP) in the premises.
Carry out the internal HALAL audit, CAR issuance report and subsequent follow-up for maintenance HALAL ASSURANCE SYSTEM.
Ensure the production process followed the procedures and strictly compliance with Malaysia HALAL Standard Requirements.
Maintained and managing the HALAL documentation and record filing.
Managing the HALAL certification applications until it completed.
Attend to JAKIM/JAIS officer (s) during auditing program.
Oversea and arrangement of the employee typhoid vaccination and record.
Perform product quality control during and after process (Finished goods)
Monitoring the QC activities and production testing to ensure product is meeting the quality standard and customer requirements.
Involve in continual improvement plans and activities to fulfil requirements for quality.
Attend to internal/external/supplier/customer or governmental audit.
Identify and make reports to the Management on the problems or any defects
Attend to customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Ensure the production line always adhere to a code of hygiene and GMP
- Candidate must possess at least Professional certificate/Diploma/Degree in Food Science and Technology/ HALAL Industry Management or other related disciplines.
- Hands on experience 3-4 years.
- Formal Background on training in Food Safety Standard ie. MESTI/HALAL/HACCP/GMP.
- Well verse knowledge of food safety standard, quality assurance terminology, implementations, methods and tools.
- Technical knowledge and hands on experience in handling certification audit such as GMP and HACCP.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Possess own transport
