Gamuda Procurement Office (GPO) is responsible for effectively managing sourcing strategies,stakeholder engagement, compliance, supplier relationships, risk, continuous improvementinitiatives, and reporting and analysis. As an Executive in the Group Procurement Office, your role ispivotal to assisting the Assistant Manager/Manager in overseeing the end-to-end sourcing processand ensuring alignment with Gamuda's strategic goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies aligned withorganizational objectives:a. Work closely with departments such as finance, operations, and projectmanagement to understand their procurement needs and objectives.b. Align sourcing strategies with the overall goals and mission of the organization.c. Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather input from stakeholders andrefine sourcing strategies accordingly. Facilitate supplier onboarding into SAP Ariba, working closely with external suppliers tointegrate into the network and transact effectively with Gamuda:a. Liaise with procurement and supplier management teams to identify key suppliersfor onboarding onto SAP Ariba.b. Provide guidance and support to suppliers throughout the onboarding process,including registration, documentation submission, and system integration.c. Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure smooth integration between SAPAriba and suppliers systems. Facilitate the training programs, and user guide to educate end users on the adoption ofSAP Ariba:a. Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, manuals, andvideo tutorials, to support end-user adoption of SAP Ariba.b. Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders to familiarize them with thefunctionalities and features of SAP Ariba.c. Provide ongoing support and assistance to users as they navigate the SAP Aribaplatform. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze procurement spending and identifyareas of potential cost savings. Regularly review sourcing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas forimprovement. Implement changes and enhancements to sourcing processes based on data-driveninsights and feedback from stakeholders. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environmentrelated to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
QualificationsCandidates must possess a Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any principal

Skills & AbilitiesPossess good attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Multitasking with competing priorities , deadlines and parties Advanced systems skills and working knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge Experience in SAP Ariba is an added advantage
