Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly closing journals (e.g stock adjustment prepayments & accruals)
Verification & posting of trade invoices with Purchase Order for month end closing and payment- Processing intercompany invoices and payments
Preparing intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis
- Follow up closely with Intercompany PIC for invoices not taken up in the accounts
Sending out SOA to intercompany's PIC on monthly basis- Issuing intercompany invoices for sales or payment on behalf
Process payment within agreed terms and ad hoc payments (e.g. staff claim & advances/rental/utilities, fixed assets/related companies bill & etc.)
- Ensuring all invoices are supported with complete documents (purchase orders, delivery orders, quotation & etc)
Preparing bank reconciliation on monthly basis- Follow up closely on the unknown receipts if any
Ensuring all collections is taken up correctly
- Ensuring all capex invoices are taken up correctly
Preparing depreciation expense journals- Preparing disposal/write off documents/journal if any
Assist on ad-hoc tasks given
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance and Accounting
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in related field. Experience in external auditing will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- Able to multi tasks and computer literate (Excel, Word)
Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload and work within tight deadlines
- Detailed and analytical oriented
