Position Overview
The Executive, Executive Education is responsible for providing vital support to the Executive Education team in the development, coordination, and execution of executive education programs. This role involves administrative tasks, participant communication, logistical coordination, and contributing to program success.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
- To prepare simple business proposals for Custom Built requests.
- To assist with enhancing proposals, PowerPoint decks, and reports.
- To facilitate in workshops.
- To work on digitally marketing programs including targeted marketing for OE Programs to the industry
- To assist in the Culture team that we are starting. This will be a new avenue of making revenues by carrying out culture studies. This will lead to some form of consulting work with companies.
- To grow and groom the next level from executives to support the managers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commonly used business software.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
