Position Overview:
The Executive, ERP will play a key role in driving the optimization and expansion of the company's ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration, and improving operational efficiency. This position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise, combined with a strategic mindset to drive system enhancements across various business functions, including finance, procurement, and employee services.
Key Responsibilities:
- IFCA.NET Implementation & e-Invoice Upgrade:
- Lead and support the implementation of IFCA.NET ERP system enhancements to improve business processes.
- Enable the upgrade and integration of the e-Invoice module, ensuring compliance with regulations and seamless invoicing workflows.
- SAP Enhancement & Automation of Reporting:
- Collaborate with the finance and IT teams to enhance SAP functionality, focusing on automating reporting processes.
- Streamline financial and operational reporting to reduce manual data entry and increase the accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Budgeting System Improvement:
- Assist in enhancing the budgeting system, introducing more structured and systematic processes for budgeting and forecasting.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate budgeting tools into the ERP system, enabling better financial planning and tracking.
- Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting:
- Lead the effort to enhance group consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting across all subsidiaries and entities.
- Implement best practices for consolidation in the ERP system to ensure timely and compliant group-wide financial statements.
- Employee Self-Service Portal (ESS):
- Support the development and enhancement of the Employee Self-Service Portal to provide employees with easy access to HR services like leave applications, claims, and personal data management.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the portal is user-friendly, secure, and integrated with the ERP system.
- eProcurement Implementation:
- Drive the digitalization of the procurement process by implementing eProcurement solutions within the ERP system.
- Work with the procurement team to enforce better procurement governance, ensuring compliance with company policies and improving supplier management.
- eDocument Management System (eDMS):
- Contribute to the implementation of a digital document management system to store and manage company documents.
- Ensure smooth integration of eDMS with the ERP system, enabling easy access, retrieval, and secure storage of critical business documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and familiarity with IFCA.NET.
- Experience in process automation, financial reporting, budgeting systems, or eProcurement.
- Knowledge of e-invoice integration and document management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with different teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP certification).
- Familiarity with financial consolidation and group reporting processes.
- Experience with employee self-service and procurement solutions.
