Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on a wide range of employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fairness and impartiality throughout the process.- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies, staying updated on relevant regulations.
Collaborate with other HR departments to support employee lifecycle processes and initiatives.- Provide training and education to employees and managers on employee relations policies and procedures.
- Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or a related HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
