Job Description- Overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform (brand.com and marketplaces).
Planning and submission of online campaigns.- Assisting with customer enquiries and live host support.
Planning and execution of Chinese social media contents.
- Work with other departments to develop and implement online sales campaign.
Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to track the success of online initiatives.- Identifying market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy adjustments.
Implementing customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a relevant field.
- Strong analytically, organisational, and project management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
