Job Responsibilities

  • Provides program & specific training to newly hired and existing operations employees in Customer Service Team according to set training standards.
  • Ensures the proper implementation of policies and procedures of the Company.
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions.
  • Support consolidation of knowledge management by standardizing documentation to capture a centralized knowledge portal.
  • Be responsible for the initial SOP setup, local language translation, system, and process test to meet the launch readiness requirements when business expands to new countries.
  • Monitor and track employee progress, providing ongoing support and coaching for continuous learning and skill development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new methodologies and tools as appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Undergraduate Degree
  • At least 2 years of work experience with a background in the tourism/e-commerce environment is preferred.
  • Familiar with call center and customer service processes
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English + Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and good presentation skills
  • Demonstrated independence and ability to spearhead initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Research, planning, organizing, time management, and high level of administrative skill
  • Confident, self-motivated and global-oriented
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • Have a passion for Travel.
