Executive Correspondence Unit is responsible to provide timely and effective correspondence services to the customer ensuring all official correspondence is managed in accordance with company policies, processes and standards. The incumbent is also required to work closely with other operations departments in delivering excellent service quality to customers.
- To take ownership of queries and complaint of the customers and proactively following through to resolution
- To provide timely and effective correspondence services to the customer ensuring all official correspondence is managed in accordance with company policies, processes and standards.
- To escalate queries to supervisor or operation team if appropriate on timely manner.
- To assist the management and team manager with any assigned special projects and in specific task. Identifying and escalating consistent or recurring issues with the system functionality.
- Keep up to date on new or enhanced products/services, operation functions, business and technical details in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customers.
