Managing Client Queries: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Client Renewals: Drive renewals and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
Design Services: Assist clients in creating stunning visualizations and designs using the Coohom platform, tailoring each project to meet specific requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to deliver a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new Coohom features to enhance client engagement.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in interior design, Business, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in client success or customer service in a technology or design environment.
Proficiency in the Coohom platform or similar design tools. (Sketchup, 3dsMax)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
