Responsible for the administration of vendor agreements, profiles, updating of panel lists and other relevant documentation. Support quality and delivery of service level agreements by conducting due diligence, auditing and tracking the success of vendor programs.
Support vendor performance reviews and meetings with panel, new, and/or potential vendors.
Collect data, compile and prepare reports on vendor performance including analysis of trends to facilitate decision-making.
Respond to internal & external inquiries accurately and in a professional manner by identifying issues & root causes and implementing solutions.
Observe competitor activity to ensure our vendor programs maintain competitive advantage and in line with industry standards.
Support and arrange internal and external meetings and its relevant tasks.
Responsible for internal and external communications on matters related to vendors.
Support timely settlement of service providers fees.
Responsible for the preparation and delivery of routine and/or ad-hoc reports, and to support the preparation of more complex reports and/or analysis related to Reporting functions.
Responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping of user access to shared folders related to Vendor Management & Reporting.
Requirements
Min Degree holder/Associate MII/CII.
Minimum 2 years in claims handling and vendor management experience preferred.
Has knowledge of claims in general insurance industry.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Good analytical, problem solving, decision making, negotiation and organizational skills.
