Functional

  • Manage the Client Services, Implementation and Integration processes

  • Execute the operational strategy, roadmap and customer implementation plans and co-ordinate with the functions of different divisions of the organization to ensure customer implementatino quality and customer satisfaction is being met.

  • Product knowledge to ensure smooth planning and implementation of systems / solutions to customer business functions

Implementation & Integration

  • Implementation to ensure CIB on-boarding fulfillment is completed within SLA and with high customer satisfaction.

  • Manage migration projects to keep the customers up to date with latest system enhancements and to align with business initiatives.

  • Collaborate with other teams in the business unit to meet business needs and objectives including supporting promotional campaigns and keeping customers satisfaction.

  • Inculcate technology influences in the business unit to leverage appropriate technical tools & services to improve work efficiency and product enhancements.

  • Provide technical knowledge & assistance and collaborate with IT in solving system issues and in system enhancement projects.

  • Plan and drive digital innovations & strategies to keep the business unit competitive in the market.

Client Services

  • Develop Client Services support for Cash Management products suite in order to meet the goals and targets.

  • Provide service solutions to client and to solicit client's feedback on product/system requirements/issues during visits /dialogues (calls) to the respective internal stakeholder/HLOB's customers.

  • Engage Client Services & Transformation in ensuring provision of a high quality service delivery through effective management of daily support operations, people and resources.

  • Adherence of HLBB's policies, services standard, performance measures, identifying and implementing operational risk controls, managing daily operations and capacity & capability planning.
