Administration Support
To provide assistance to Head of Transaction Banking on daily schedule / appointment arrangement
To check & order stationery and office / IT equipment via e-PTOP System and to liaise with vendor contractor/IT/HO on the upkeep of premises, repair & maintenance.
To make sure and monitor the goods and the services delivery to the department colleagues.
To ensure the compilation of services and orders are successful and monitor the workflow of the tasks smoothly.
To assist on daily administrative matters in relation to inwards/outwards distribution of letters and couriers.
Marketing Support
To provide administrative assistance in relation to collation and submission of various periodic reports to Head Office (e.g. Monthly: cash & trade performance, client's utilization, Service Quality Index (SQI), Key Result Area (KRA) performance)
Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Bachelor Degree holder
2 years and above experience with administration or office management
Computer literate with good working knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
