Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls / WhatsApp group chats / emails / take messages
- Flexible to attend events / business meetings (office hour / after office hour)
- Maintain good relationships with business partners, clients, vendors, internal team on work-related matters
- Prioritise on handling urgent matters and follow up through completion
- Taking on other tasks and responsibilities as and when required
