Providing secretarial and administrative support and handling all personal matters of the Management.
- Performing basic office tasks involve and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the office by supporting the administrative works given.
Maintaining office systems including data management and filing ensuring proper recording and filing of all project documents, correspondences and related matters.- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
This job description covers the main tasks that are anticipated. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary.
Fast & diligent.- Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skill and positive personality.
Good working attitude, self-motivated, organized and resourceful.
Certificates/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related subject, and/or any equivalent education or relevant experience.
- Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
At least 5 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
