Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CEOs schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for decision-making and strategic planning.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.- Jot down and record key points during CEO meetings or official conversations, ensuring that all important information is accurately captured and organized.
Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects.- Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, and report on project progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Maintain project documentation and records.- Support the CEO in managing multiple roles within the company, particularly in project coordination.
- 3. Close Communication with CEO:
Act as the right-hand person to the CEO, providing essential support in daily tasks and strategic initiatives.- Maintain constant communication with the CEO to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address potential issues.
- Facilitate effective decision-making by providing relevant information and insights to the CEO.
Bachelors degree in IT Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within an IT software development company.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Understanding of IT software development processes and terminology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software.- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
