- Efficiently manage the Managing Director's schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prioritize and schedule commitments to optimize the use of the Managing Director's time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Anticipate travel-related needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, documents, and briefing materials.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Master's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting top-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
