About us:

Poji's Tempe is a based company located in Bukit Gambir, Tangkak, Johor. We are a company that produce tempe by using a good quality of soy bean. We are committed to supply our product to all over Malaysia including in northern area. Our goal is to be able to give a good service to our customers and expand our business in the process of manufacturing and supplying progressive fresh tempe to the local market.

At the moment, we manage to have seven (7) outlets in Malaysia which are in Bukit Gambir, Batu Pahat, Pontian, Seremban, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Lumpur, and Kedah. We are grateful that our product has been certified by Halal Jakim, My Food Tag, MesTI and Buatan Malaysia as this has given us a competitive advantage to do more!

  • Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Secretary, Marketing, Accounting, Languages (e.g. English Studies), Social Sciences, and Business Administration.
  • Good computer literacy & team player
Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Willing to learn and explore
Monitor the reporting Director's email and respond if required
  • Prepare communications on behalf of the Director
Organize travel and itineraries
  • Set up meeting appointments
Serve food for meetings and lunchtime
  • Prepare refreshments for all meetings
Maintain basic needs and make sure it's all complete
  • Female age 18-35
Possess own transport & has own driving license
Minimum 3 years experience in executive assistant/ personal assistantWilling to go to outstation
  • Preferred single
  • Qualifications:

  • Education:

    - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    - Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution (minimum 3 years)

    - Previous managerial or leadership experience.

  • Communication Skills:

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    - Ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Analytical Skills:

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    - Comfortable using data to make informed decisions.

  • Creativity:

    - Innovative thinking and the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing campaigns.

  • Team Collaboration:

    - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    - Leadership and motivational skills.

  • Adaptability:

    - Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.

    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:
