Position Overview:
You will provide vital administrative support and serve as a trusted partner to the Country President while leveraging data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This role combines traditional executive assistant responsibilities with a focus on data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Country President's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Country President, managing correspondence and facilitating communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format high-level reports, presentations, and meeting materials for executive review.
Analytic Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to country performance, market trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project outcomes, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
Strategic Support:
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing key initiatives and projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items during meetings to ensure accountability and progress.
Relationship Management:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and communication on various initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and support cross-functional projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, analytics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or leaders in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and analytic tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to managing tasks.
