Position Overview:The Executive Assistant & In-House Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and managing the company's marketing efforts. This dual-role position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistance: Manage CEO's calendar, travel, and confidential information; prepare documents and assist with meetings.
- LinkedIn Management: Develop and post content for CEO's LinkedIn; engage with the audience to build the CEO's professional presence.
- Social Media Management: Oversee company social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu); plan and post content, and track engagement.
- Website Content Management: Keep website content up to date and relevant; work with the marketing team to enhance user experience.
- Event Coordination: Organize in-house digital training events for corporate clients, manage logistics, and help create marketing materials for events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
