Responsibilities
- Perform system administration, configuration, implementation and support of Epicor ERP.
- Involve and support ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Manage and execute data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and execute UAT scenarios and test scripts, coordinating with end-users to validate system functionality.
- Provide ongoing ERP support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
- Prepare and deliver SSRS reports, Epicor ERP dashboards and Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and support activities.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient use of Epicor ERP.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Systems, Engineering or related fields are strongly preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Epicor ERP or any ERP implementation project and support.
- Experience with customizing Epicor Kinetic forms, reports, and workflows to meet business need.
- Knowledge of ERP system administration tasks in Epicor ERP, including user management, security roles, and system configuration.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Business Process Management (BPM) workflows within Epicor ERP.
- Proven experience in handling data migration and UAT stages.
- Proficient in SQL, SSRS reporting, Epicor ERP dashboards and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in ERP systems or related technologies are a plus.
