The incumbent is responsible to closely assist the region Agency Force to achieve the overall productivity, profitability and quality targeted by the Company.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitoring and tracking - Monthly KPI / weekly targets and submission forecast, progress monitoring by branch, race, agency and by respective work groups, on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with and support Agency Growth team in identifying root causes/trends of customer service issues.
- Ensure training rooms, training centers and other training facilities & equipment are well maintained.
- Assist and support all launches and events organized by AG.
- Organize and implement formal platform for interaction of agency members and building teamwork through group meetings and gatherings.
- Assist and support data management and reporting.
Job Specifications
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Distribution Management or Business Development roles.
- Experience in agency development will be an added advantage
- Strong drive and influencing skills.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
