To ensure processing, monitoring and control of all aspects of agency compensation in accordance with statutory regulations, companys practice and procedures on agency financing scheme and agency compensation.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
This role is to assist the manager in the processing, monitoring and control of all aspects of agency compensation in accordance with statutory regulations, companys practice and procedures on agency financing scheme and agency compensation.
To provide administrative support including processing share scheme application & response to inquiries from agency during enrollment and maturity period.
Reviewing and verifying agency financing payment and fact find for financing appeal cases and release payment accordingly. Ensure all financing are successfully released by the scheduled timeline.
Job Specification:
A degree in business studies or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience with ability to complete operational/ administrative duties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
