Job Summary:


Incumbent for Administrative Executive is responsible in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers & employees through a variety of tasks related to organization. Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.

Job Description:
  • To provide overall general and administrative support to facilitate the efficient Office management and operations.
Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
To handle assets and expenses management. i.e. maintain record of company properties, such as Company assets, cars, telephones, and assist in cost control and monitoring.
  • Monitor Company Fixed Asset (tagging, disposal & record in QAD))
Involve in asset planning, in-service/maintenance support for company fixed assets as well as to support disposal of the physical assets.
  • Process payments to suppliers and handle suppliers inquiries for any payment related matters
Ensure and verify all procurement process (PR1, PR2, AME, PVF, & QAD SYSTEM)
  • Monitor company vehicle service and maintenance record
Responsible for company vehicle disposal, new purchase & transfer Monitor daily office dispatch activities (collect/send document)
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally Provide support in organizing company events (staff gathering, food arrangement, etc.)
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers & vendors.
  • To delegate admin task appropriately
prepare yearly admin department budget Develop and maintain filling system.

Job Requirement:
  • Preferably have Degree in relevant field with minimum of 4 years working experience in administration/office management.
Experience in Office/Facilities Management and Vehicles Management will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure of MS Office Exposure in OPEX/CAPEX will be an added advantage.
Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Ability to build rapport with internal & external stakeholders.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,600.00 per month
