Responsibilities:
- Administration support for a number of activities within the International Office.
- Assist international students on VISA matters.
- Communicate with international students on their arrival and assist in documentation.
- VISA processing which involve application, renewal, cancellation etc.
- Handle enquires with overseas recruitment agencies and academic departments.
- Handle students enquires and provide/ advise with accurate information.
- Collection and compilation of documents required for VISA renewal.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date students status and generate management reports.
- Ad hoc administrative support assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in English with good people, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field . Exposure at front desk or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in MS Office , Word , Excel etc.
