Role and responsibilities
Office Supplies Management and Maintenance including staff refreshments
Handling Quotations, PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), DO(Deliver Order) and invoicing.
Monitoring and liaising with finance regarding payment
Company Assets Administration including Motorcycle mileage claim, dispatch and drivers arrangement
Arrange courier services for company documents and parcels
Pick up and Filter incoming calls
Assist in interview management and meetings with guests
Update, monitor, maintain and verify Attendance and Leave records
Assist in petty cash and staff claims processes
Assist in administrative onboarding & offboarding process for new joiners and leavers
Assist to company events and administrative matters
Support HR Administrative Function
Qualifications and requirements
Experienced in office administrative task
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Able to multitask, commitment to delivery, flexible
Strong analytical / troubleshooting skills
Reliable and able to work independently
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Able to work with minimal supervision within a team base structure
Preferably 1 year relevant experienced
