Responsibilities
Ensure timely data collection, validation, and analysis for hospital VDO projects.
Supervise data collection from stakeholders, submitting to IHH Malaysia per schedule.
Troubleshoot issues in VDO data collection and quality improvement programs.
Prepare and present VDO-related reports to management.
Support departments in VDO, quality improvement, and patient safety programs.
Report collected data for hospital quality improvement and performance indicators promptly.
Manage hospital incident reporting and guide hospital-wide incident reporting procedures, ensuring follow-up on actions.
Communicate improvements to staff and management.
Maintain self-development in presentation, change management, and quality improvement.
Conduct regular audits according to accreditation standards.
Assist HOD in providing guidance on patient safety and risk management duties.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably from hospitality / healthcare industry
Able to provide good secretarial and functional support.
Good interpersonal skills
Pleasant, organized, discreet, trustworthy, proactive and mature personality
Computer literate
