Job Description

Job Responsibility

Meticulous in the details and always thinking of a process of how to improve the event
Thinking creatively of how to wow the event
Getting great raving reviews for all events managed
Develop event concepts, including themes, objectives, and timelines.
Create detailed event plans and schedules, including logistics and resource management.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services (catering, entertainment, audio-visual, etc.).
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Research and select appropriate venues based on event requirements. Conduct site visits and manage venue logistics.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback.

Job Requirements

Speaks English with Mandarin is mandatory
Loves organizing and managing events
Customer centric and wants to do all she can for the customer to keep them having a good experience
Loves working on a plan from scratch and to build on ideas and brainstorming
Able to work long hours till the night on event days and carry heavy event props together
Loves to be part of a team, high energy and wants to take up challenges to grow
Kind and caring to teammates to work together to achieve a common goal
