Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, information and design/ drawing study.
Liaise with internal team and external team to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Project coordination between internal team, suppliers and clients to ensure timely executive of project, within budgeted cost and quality required.
Ensure both The Company and clients needs and expectations are met as project evolve.
BQ (Bill of Quantity) preparation, work schedule, arrangement for supplier and transport, work permit application, loading list preparation.
As time-keeper to ensure progress of work is on track and able to meet the timeline, checking all structure finishing and its safety.
Oversee project procurement and handle any issues that arise, report to Head of Department immediately in case of emergency.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations, plan and reports.
Post Mortem analysis upon completion of each project, final job report and job review with Head of Department and team.
On site execution - In-charge and command overall setup/ dismantle job. Handover job to Marketing team/ client directly, follow up and report in case of any outstanding works/ defects. Oversee onsite cleanliness especially after setup & dismantle.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
At least 3 year of working experience in event management or festive decorations/ exhibitions related industry.
Structure thinking and planning skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills.
Good team player and working with discipline, independent and responsibility on duty.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
