We are seeking a results-oriented professional to be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with clients marketing goals.
What You'll Do
- Plan, manage, and execute various campaigns and events, including product launches, conferences, collaborations, and more, aligning them with clients marketing goals.
- Manage resources to ensure work is completed within budgets.
- Create, manage, and meticulously track detailed project and operational timelines.
- Serve as the primary client liaison for the day-to-day development and implementation of events and activations.
- Work closely with internal departments and third-party vendors to coordinate all logistics for executing each assigned campaign.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client's business and build close relationships through constant communication.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Collect payments and liaise closely with the respective departments to provide after-sales service.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree in marketing or a related field
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing / Marketing Agency as Account Executive.
- Target and result-oriented mind with a passion for working independently.
- Well-organized, responsible, and occupied with problem-solving skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and multitask.
