Job Description

  • Assist in planning and implementing the program, including location reservations, equipment procurement, and negotiation with vendors.

  • Manage the logistics of the entire event, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment preparation.

  • Actively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with event requirements and monitor project progress.

  • Provide operational support during the program, including oversight of setup, guest admission, and resolution of any issues that arise.

  • Prepare a report after the program and evaluate the effectiveness of the program based on the set goals.

  • Managing the meeting of VVIP guests

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

    Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
