Purpose
To lead, manage and implement Compliance Program and compliance related activities in ZPT Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. To implement Compliance monitoring within business unit of ZPT Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. This position reports directly to Head of Compliance SEA & Clinical Reach and will be a member of ZPT Leadership team. This is a hands-on, which the role involves both leadership and operational skills, and requires interaction with all levels of officers and employees internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide advice and be the point of contact on Ethics and Compliance related matters within ZPT.
- Support to ZPT business functions in monitoring for the achievement of Compliance MIP results. Including monitoring of the mandatory compliance training.
- Review and Monitor the Due Diligence matters in system for ZPT related vendors.
- Involves in monitoring activities as assigned by Head of Compliance. Including but not limited to compliance-related transactions (e.g., IHCP activities and G&H transactions etc.)
- Review and approve relevant HCP-related activities and/or escalate them for other approvals corresponding to the policy, if any.
- Manage relevant Compliance management tools such as eZFlow and ThirdParty Due Diligence portal.
- Execution of the compliance related training for ZPT employees.
- Support ZPT business functions in their interactions with external parties Compliance Officers and auditors.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Head of Compliance or Regional Compliance, include aiding ZP's other markets throughout the region.
- Understanding local and international industrial codes, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.

Adaptable to manage ambiguity in a dynamic and fluid business where one must tackle the wide scope of demands and requests from the various key stakeholders, not restricting to just key responsibilities
OPERATING NETWORK
- External Stakeholders: Compliance or commercial personnels from other external parties; Auditors; Regulators;
- Internal Stakeholders: Compliance Heads; E&C Lead/ E&C Officer; ZP Therapeutics Team; ZP HR, Procurement and Finance team
Qualification and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business, Science etc.)
- Compliance certification is a plus
- Min. 7+ years of experience in a Multinational Pharma environment preferably under Compliance, Finance or Legal.
- Experience in commercial roles within healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage.
- Well-versed in Pharma/Medical Device Ethics & Compliance standards, not limited to local codes.
- Experience in managing and monitoring IHCP related activities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Travel within countries of responsibility.
