Key Responsibilities:
1) Team Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the team, coaching staff, and organisation.
- Coordinate with coach and management to ensure effective team management, including player selection, training schedules, and game strategies.
- Oversee player tryouts, and evaluations to maintain competitive and skilled teams.
- Monitor player performance, conduct player assessments, conduct analysis based on market research, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monitor the well-being of players, providing support and guidance as needed to address any concerns or challenges.
2) Administrative Duties:
- Develop and maintain team budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for equipment, travel, and other expenses.
- Manage team logistics, including scheduling practices, games, and travel, as well as meal arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of team rosters, player information, and league standings.
- Communicate with players parents, guardians, and supporters to provide updates on team activities and ensure transparency in decision-making processes.
- Liaise with league officials, opposing teams, and venue personnel to coordinate game schedules, facility bookings, and any other necessary arrangements.
- Stay up to date about changes in league rules, esports trends, and best practices in team management.
Key Requirements:
- Open to candidates with diverse educational backgrounds, including high school diploma, diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field, or equivalent experience.
- Passionate and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong organisational skill with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills that is able to bring a team together.
- Knowledge of sports programming, including rules, strategies, and player development principles (E-sports knowledge is not a necessity).
- Able to communicate in English & Malay.
