Responsibilities
- Regularly prepare and analyze reports with internal teams and stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams and global partner pro teams to improve the Partnership Program to help build sustainable economy for pro teams
- Maintain the approval process of global third party tournaments
- Support the communication with the partners, tournament organizers and internal teams to align on third party and amateur tournaments
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years relevant work experience in the game publishing and/or esports industry
- Excellent presentation, written & oral communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Great knowledge and passion for PUBG MOBILE
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Pluses
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Past working experience in esports or publishing team, understanding about game operation & user oriented.
