EHS Management System- Assist and provide support to the EHS management system.
Manages the execution of EHS programs to ensure site complies with all EHS requirements.- Perform workplace inspection and carry out incident investigation on any dangerous occurrence or accidents and develop necessary corrective actions.
Implementation of corrective actions as per risk assessment and incident investigation report.
- Review, plans and coordinates CHRA, NRA, HIRARC and other EHS related assessment.
Supporting internal and external safety audit as required by company EHS management system.
- Organisation Legal Compliance
Identify and evaluate the status of legal compliance toward the applicable legal requirement/regulations.- Maintain the valid written approvals and assist the organisation in renewal of necessary written approvals on timely basis.
Laisse with government agencies and relevant department for machinery inspection, approval renewal, authority inspection and etc.
- 3. Staff Training and Education
Assist training coordinator and relevant department to identify the training participant and training provider.
- 4. Fire Protection System
- Liaise with fire service contractor and perform routine inspection on the fire protection system.
Perform routine internal inspection on the fire protection system and ensure all firefighting equipment in good condition.
- 5. Environmental Management System
Ensure organisation maintain valid WWTP and APCS written approval, SW notification and etc.
- Maintain and review the Scheduled Waste Management for the organisation such as SW inventory, disposal record/consignment note.
Upkeed record in the system such as ESWIS, OER, MYPREMIS, EMAINS and etc.- Ensure the effective operation of different pollution control system such as WWTP and APCS.
Coordinate with relevant department in maintaining the pollution control system in good condition.
Perform routine inspection on the allocated first aid boxes, AED, chemical eye wash and other related safety and first aid equipment.
- Identify and maintain the first aid item inventory.
Certified DOE competency in
CePIETSO-BP/ CePBFO/ CePSWaM or Attended
SHO training course.
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree inDiploma/Degree in Engineering, Sciences & Technology (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
A minimum of 1-2 year(s) working experience in related field are required for this position.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with diverse cultures and regional/global colleagues.
Candidates must be result oriented and self-driven. Highly organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on person and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
Attention to details. Willing to relocate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
