ERP Specialist

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting existing ERP system
• To understand and analyze the ERP and business workflow of the company
• Manage user access and permissions within the ERP system.
• Provide training and technical support to business users on matters related to ERP systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data in the ERP system.
• Creating and updating documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
• Collaborating with different departments to understand their needs and challenges.
• Working with vendors and consultants if external support is required.

Skills/ Knowledge

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in ERP support or a related field.
• Good in Applications: ERP (Migration to Microsoft Dynamic Business Central by the year 2024)
• Good in Microsoft Office application: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.
• Strong analysis, planning, Initiative, and ability to work independently.
