Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an ERP Sales Manager, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As an ERP Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working to generate leads with marketing person, and growing the pipeline and eventually leading to successful closure. Understanding client needs, identifying business requirements, and working with the solution architect to come up with the ideal solution. You will also develop and maintain relationships with clients, organise discovery meeting, coordinate demonstrations product features, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling ERP or business software solutions
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their functionalities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
