Environment Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Taking care of the Environment related matter in AJSB and AJIS for Ann Joo Resources

Support the implementation of SHE Policy

• Support IMS team leader to monitor the implementation of Environmental IMS program

Take part in the Waste management committee to monitor and develop waste management program and implementation

• Monitor and conduct the Environmental Monitoring program as per legislation requirement (EIA approval condition and other legislation)

Dealing with stakeholder complaint regarding the environment issues or concern raised

• Informed related authorities regarding any abnormal condition or issue as per EQA 1974 requirement

Conduct Environment awareness campaign and conduct training program for Environmental related matters

• Lead the waste and Environmental team to manage the daily movement of waste for AJSB and AJIS.

Collaborate with governmental body, educational researcher or NGO to develop research to reduce and reuse by product from Steel Mill Production

• Review Environmental Aspect and Impact implementation and access the effectiveness

Advice the management related to Environmental matter legal requirement, propose for improvement and countermeasures.

• Job Requirement

Must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Environmental Engineering or Equivalent

• Knowledge in Waste Management program implementation

Knowledge in managing the Air Pollution Control System maintenance and improvement program.

• Knowledge on the Environmental Quality Act 1974 requirement.
