PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- To develop test plan, test scripts and test cases in ensuring they are in line with the business requirements; obtain user review and official sign off prior to UAT execution.
- To participate in testing preparation i.e. system date planning, test data preparation etc.
- To work closely with technical team to ensure proper testing environment is set up.
- To conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Test and Operation Readiness Test.
- Ensure defects raised properly fixed and tested for closure.
- To document all test results for user review and obtain sign off.
- To monitor and provide testing progress report update.
- To develop training manual.
- To carry out activities and to complete the required tasks within the timeline set.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
- Responsible to escalate concerns/issues/risks to supervisor for resolution.
- Proactively contribute idea and provide proposal for UAT process improvement which cover testing approach/strategy, test plan/test data preparation, UAT execution etc.
- Requirements:
Degree from a recognized University preferably Information Technology, Computer Science, etc
A minimum of 1 years software testing experience. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
Mobile and web application testing experience will be value added
Articulate and proficient in written and spoken English.
