Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding sales support to customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
  2. Assist in achieving customer sales targets and contribute to customer development initiatives.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with customers across various levels and functions within their organizations.
  4. Collaborate with regional and global account teams to successfully implement account strategies.
  5. Gather and analyze customer and market intelligence to aid in strategy development and execution.
  6. Manage daily customer requirements, ensuring prompt and effective responses to inquiries.
  7. Highlight and communicate the unique value propositions of products and services to differentiate them from competitors.
  8. Understand customers technical roadmaps and coordinate with business units to align solutions with customer needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  2. Open to fresh graduates or individuals with customer service or pricing engineer experience in the electronics component industry.
  3. Candidates with 13 years of experience in sales or account management within the electronics, semiconductor, or electronic components distribution sectors are preferred.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Passionate about sales and account management, especially in technical industries. Internship or project experience in these fields is a plus.
  7. Highly proactive, innovative, and enthusiastic, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Effective team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Working Environment:

  1. Hybrid Work Setup: 23 days in the office, standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
  2. Frequent travel to manufacturing sites and client locations as required by workload and project demands
